Study Overview: This study aimed to identify the attitudes of sports specialists toward integrating students with physical disabilities into university-level sports activities. The researcher utilized a descriptive survey methodology.

Participants: The study sample consisted of 119 sports specialists randomly selected from the General Administration of Youth Welfare at Alexandria University and its various faculties. An additional pilot sample of 32 individuals (outside the main study) was used to calculate scientific coefficients for the research variables. A scale measuring the attitudes of sports specialists toward the integration of physically disabled students was used as the primary data collection tool, and the researcher applied appropriate statistical treatments suitable for the study’s nature.

Key Findings:

Integration in sports activities helps in developing positive societal attitudes toward individuals with disabilities.

Integration in sports activities may create an unfair environment for both disabled and non-disabled athletes.

Key Recommendations:

The necessity of launching awareness campaigns within the university to highlight the benefits and advantages of integrating physically disabled students into university sports activities.
