It is observable that the hallmarks of administrative excellence worldwide are professional, qualified, and trained leadership. Ensuring the presence of strong leadership within the sports sector is the only way to execute work professionally and with a high degree of excellence and mastery. This dictates the necessity of preparing a second and third tier of leaders or qualified individuals to manage Egyptian sports, training them according to the latest systems of human resource development and sports institutional management so they can take the lead in the future and guide Egyptian sports toward global standards. This is achieved by preparing and qualifying them according to the latest international sports management systems… provided that we truly need professionalism in managing Egyptian sports.
