Study Overview: This study aimed to identify the foundations of administrative creativity and its role in achieving effective club management, determine the practices of administrative creativity within sports clubs, establish the requirements necessary for practicing administrative creativity in sports clubs, and propose a framework demonstrating how to practice administrative creativity within clubs to achieve effective management. The researchers employed a descriptive survey methodology.

Participants: The study sample was intentionally selected and consisted of 177 individuals working across prominent clubs:

Al-Hilal (Riyadh)

Al-Ahli (Jeddah)

Al-Ittihad (Jeddah)

Al-Nassr (Riyadh)

A questionnaire served as the primary data collection tool.

Key Findings:

Foundations of Administrative Creativity: The fundamental elements comprising administrative creativity include organizational belonging, creative problem-solving, and teamwork.

Practices of Administrative Creativity: Key practices capable of achieving effective club management include participative decision-making, delegation of authority, time management, effective communication, emphasis on human relations, calculated risk-taking, encouraging modern creative management styles, and providing material and moral incentives for creative individuals within the club.

Key Recommendations:

Establish new criteria for selecting club managers and promoting administrators based on their competence, capacity for innovation, and ability to develop the club, rather than relying solely on seniority or traditional performance reports.
